What is SnufflePig
SnufflePig is a bunch of likeminded, techy people who have a burning need to know everything about the latest gadgets, apps and gizmos. Several members of the SnufflePig team have recently become proud iPhone owners and therefore need to fill them up with goodies! We've spent a very interesting fortnight searching through the different download options, looked at several iPhone download sites and have decided to share our findings with you.
Which iPhone download sites did we review?
SnufflePig searched online, asked around in forums and amongst our friends and finally filtered out what in our opinion are the seven most stable iPhone download sites; iPhone Download Pro, iPhone Downloads, iPhone Magic, iPhone Nova, iPhone Unlimited, Net iPhone Downloads and Net Movie Downloads.
Why did we review these seven iPhone download sites?
First of all, as we snuffled along we found that it's illegal to offer free downloads, with the possibility of the offending parties being sued by the recording industry. This rules out hosts of sites that quite frankly might not even be around this time next week, not to mention the nasty things that seem to infest this type of site. This was also one of our criteria; no spyware, popups, adware, trojans, etc.

Guides and tutorials were also identified as a must as was 24/7 support. Added to this, a money back guarantee was deemed to be beneficial.

Easy to install and use software such as DVD to PC Iphone apps, and perhaps the most important, download speed and breadth of downloadable content were considered as paramount.

Most of the reviewed iPhone download sites ask for a flat one time fee of around $50 for unlimited downloads. This is far, far cheaper than downloading masses of content from iTunes.

To summarize, the featured sites are all top drawer iPhone download sites. They all offer a fantastic service, are all extremely good value for money, make the business of downloading online content to a mobile device straightforward, and make the reviewers life an easy one as they're all so good - or is that easy? As they're all pretty similar, it's quite difficult to seperate them.

How is SnufflePig funded?
We all have day jobs (college lecturer, a financial advisor, a lithographic printer, a couple of graphic designers and a web developer), so do this as a sideline. Actually, it's more of an excuse to sit in front of the computer and go down the pub, but the result's the same, we don't get paid for all our hard toil. So we won't lie to you, if you click on a link to one of the featured iPhone download sites, we get a few dollars as a commission. If this revenue pays for our pub visits we'll be delighted! We'll also be delighted if we help you find a good iPhone download site. Happy hunting,

The SnufflePig Team

What's an iPhone?
iPhone is a revolutionary new mobile phone that offers the user much more than the average mobile phone. As well as offering the user the same functionality as other moblie phones, it also acts like an iPod with both quality audio and video playback, a game console, and has the facility to access the Internet.

It has a large (for mobile devices) 3.5 inch wide multi-touch screen featuring a 160 dpi, 480 x 320 px resolution. It comes with up to 8GB Flash Drive, runs OSX, uses Bluetooth and WiFi technologies, includes a 2 Mpx camera, fires 3,000 9mm rounds per minu... Woah, getting carried away. It's a piece of kit!
